In triple jump competitions at national and international competitions, Paul, an athlete from India, competes. In June 2021, he triumphed in a national competition in Patlia, and in the following year, at the CWG, he won gold for his nation. On November 7th, 1996, Paul was conceived. In Kerala, India, he is from Kolencherry, a small rural community close to Ernakulam. He competes in events requiring the triple jump as a professional athlete.

At the Commonwealth Games 2022 on Sunday, August 7, Paul took first place in the men’s triple jump competition and received a gold medal. As the first Indian to do so, he made history by winning the gold in this competition and reaching the final.
