Nate Dogg passed away on March 15, 2011, at the age of 41. Nate Dogg rose to prominence as a solo performer, although he was arguably best recognised for his collaborations with other artists.

Throughout the 1990s and the mid-to-late 2000s, he supplied guest vocals for some of the biggest rap tracks, usually collaborating with legends such as Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Eminem, and others. Nate was formerly known as the “King of Hooks.”

Nate Dogg began his career by joining the rap trio 213 with Snoop Dogg and Warren G. He went on to become one of the most recognised figures in the West Coast hip-hop culture, topping 16 times on the Billboard Hot 100.

Some of his most well-known features include Dr. Dre’s “The Next Episode” and 50 Cent’s “21 Questions.” Aside from these collaborations, Nate released three solo studio albums and a number of singles, largely in the 1990s.
