Oblique Seville represents Jamaica in the sprint division of the sport of track and field.

Glen Mills, a coach with the Racers Track Club, coached Seville while she was a student at Calabar High School. Seville had a breakout year in 2019. He won the 4×100-meter relay and the 100-meter event at the 2019 CARIFTA Games in George Town, Cayman Islands, in 10.24 seconds each.
The Olympic semi-finals in Tokyo were reached by Seville. In Eugene, Oregon, for the 2022 World Athletics Championships, he went one better and qualified for the championship round. He came in fourth in the 100 m championship.
Behind unexpected winner Rohan Watson, Seville placed third in the 100-meter race in the 2023 Jamaican National Championships.
