Sara Sharif Cause of Death: How did Sara Sharif Die?

Sara Sharif, a 10-year-old girl was found dead at her family home by police on August 10 2023.

Police discovered Sara Sharif at her family home after authorities were summoned from Pakistan by Sara Sharif’s father, Urfan Sharif, at approximately 2.50 a.m. on August 10.

A post-mortem investigation on Tuesday, August 15 2023, found Sara had suffered “multiple and extensive” injuries that were presumably sustained over a “sustained and extended” period of time, according to the police.

However, it did not determine the cause of Sara’s death, and other tests are being conducted. An international hunt is underway for her father, Mr Sharif, his companion, Beinash Batool, and Sara’s uncle, Faisal Malik, all of whom are wanted for interrogation in connection with the case.

Mr Sharif is believed to have travelled to Islamabad with his partner Ms Batool and his brother Mr Malik on August 9, a day before Sara’s death, according to Detective Superintendent Mark Chapman of the Surrey and Sussex Police serious crime squad.

He claimed that they travelled with five children aged one to thirteen. To carry out their investigation and communicate with Pakistani officials, police are collaborating with the Crown Prosecution Service, Interpol, the National Crime Agency, and the Foreign Office.
