Fafa Picault stands tall at a height of 5 feet 8 inches (1.73 m). Fafa Picault made his professional debut with Tampa Bay Rowdies in a 3–2 victory against Atlanta Silverbacks on May 19, 2012.

Fafa Picault made 18 appearances in league play and helped the Rowdies win Soccer Bowl 2012. Picault made his debut for German 2. Bundesliga club FC St. Pauli on September 14, 2015, in a 2–0 win over MSV Duisburg, picking up an assist in the game.

On March 11, 2016, Fafa Picault scored his first goal for St. Pauli in a 4–3 loss to SC Paderborn. In 2017, Fafa Picault made his MLS debut with Philadelphia Union as a substitute in the Union’s home opener against Toronto FC.
Fafa Picault scored two goals and had one assist on October 6, 2018, to help the Union defeat Minnesota United 5–1. This performance got him named to the MLS Team of the Week.
On May 8, 2021, Fafa Picault scored his first goal for Houston Dynamo in a 1–1 draw against his former club, FC Dallas. Fafa Picault ended the 2021 season with 31 appearances, 11 goals, and five assists.
