Christian Conley was born in 1992, and played high school football at North Paulding high school.

He proceeded to the University of Georgia, where he played college football, and recorded 36 receptions for 657 receiving yards and eight touchdown receptions in his final year.

In 2015, Conley was drafted  into the National Football League (NFL) by the Kansas City Chiefs as 76 overall pick in the third round of the NFL Draft.

Afterwards, he went on to play for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Houston Texans, and Tennessee Titans.

When he played for the Tennessee Titans, he caught four of five targets for 46 yards.

In 2023, Conley signed a one-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers, where he now plays as a wide receiver.
