Swin Cash recorded a successful and inspiring career as a basketball player in the WNBA and the United States.

Cash represented the United States in international competitions, winning Olympic gold medals in women’s basketball at the 2004 Athens Olympics and the 2012 London Olympics.

She additionally won gold medals at the FIBA World Championships and other international championships.

Cash was drafted as the second overall pick in the 2002 WNBA Draft by the Detroit Shock.

She ended up playing for VBM-SGAU Samara, Seattle Storm, ZVVZ USK Prague, Chicago Sky, Atlanta Dream, and New York Liberty.

After retiring from professional basketball in 2016, Cash began working as a basketball analyst for various media outlets, including ESPN and NBA TV.

She is subsequently involved in philanthropic efforts and initiatives that promote women’s sports and empowerment.

In 2022, she was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
