Former forward and current assistant manager at Premier League club Burnley, Craig Bellamy (born July 13, 1979) is a Welshman. With Norwich City, where he made his professional debut in 1996, Bellamy, a Cardiff native, started his senior playing career.

He broke the club’s record transfer fee when he joined Coventry City in the Premier League in 2000, but his lone season there ended in relegation. The next year, he joined Newcastle United and spent the next four years helping the team finish in the top four twice.
