Javier Loya is a Mexican-American business entrepreneur, and former college football player.

Javier Loya and his wife Lucinda Vincent-Loya have two kids together, but their children’s names are not public knowledge.
He co-founded OTC Global Holdings in 2007 as a commodity brokerage, which first bought Choice Natural Gas, Choice Power, and Choice Energy.
OTC Global Holdings now serves over 450 institutional clients in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Loya has served on the Texas Southern University Board of Regents as well as various charity foundations in Houston.

Loya established the Greater El Paso Football Showcase Combine in 2011, which gave over $9 million in scholarships to over 100 high school senior athletes.
He became the NFL’s first Hispanic owner when he purchased a minority ownership in the Houston Texans in 2002. Loya was one of ten Houston Texans investors.
Loya is a donor and board member of the Greater Houston Senior Football Showcase, a non-profit organisation that organises high school football scouting tournaments. Since 2008, the organisation has given over $100 million in scholastic aid to over 3,000 participants
