Jessie Fleming (born March 11, 1998) is a Canadian professional soccer player who currently plays for Chelsea in the FA Women’s Super League and for the Canada national team.

Fleming previously played collegiate soccer for the UCLA Bruins in the United States from 2016 to 2019. She was a member of Canada’s gold-medal winning team at the 2020 Summer Olympics, when she scored the team’s only regular-time goal on a penalty kick, as well as the first goal in the penalty shoot-out.

On July 22, 2020, Fleming signed a three-year contract with FA WSL winners Chelsea. She made her Blues debut as a substitute against Manchester City in the 2020 Women’s FA Community Shield at Wembley on August 29.
