Cuthbert made her senior debut on June 7, 2016, replacing Rachel Corsie in the second half of a 1-0 victory against Belarus in the Euro 2017 qualifying round.

Cuthbert made seven appearances and notched three goals during the ensuing failed attempt to qualify for the Euro 2022. She scored two goals in each of the first five games in the 2023 World Cup qualification series.
