Champ Bailey (born June 22, 1978) is a retired American football cornerback who played in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Georgia Bulldogs, where he was named consensus All-American, and was taken in the first round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins.

Bailey was also a standout track and field athlete at Georgia, where he ran the 55-meter dash in 6.35 seconds and the 60-meter dash in 6.85 seconds. In addition, he competed in long jump and triple jump.

Bailey set a school indoor long jump record of 7.89 meters (25 ft 11 in) in 1998 while finishing third at the SEC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
