Champ Bailey (born June 22, 1978) is a former National Football League (NFL) cornerback from the United States. He played college football for the Georgia Bulldogs, where he won consensus All-American accolades, before being taken in the first round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins.

Bailey was also a standout track and field athlete at Georgia, where he raced the 55 and 60 meters in 6.35 and 6.85 seconds, respectively. He also competed in the triple jump and long jump.

Bailey established a school indoor long jump record of 7.89 meters (25 ft 11 in) in 1998 while finishing third in the SEC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
