Geneviève Suzanne Marie-Thérèse Mulmann, professionally known as Geneviève de Fontenay, was a French entrepreneur who served as president of the Miss France Committee from 1981 until 2007.

Fontenay began her work with the Miss France Committee in 1954, when she was employed as its general secretary while the committee was directed by Guy Rinaldo.
When Sylvie Tellier claimed in 2019 that she “would not oppose” transgender women competing in Miss France, Fontenay called the concept “against nature” and “dishonorable,” and said it would “dirty the title of Miss France.”
Fontenay’s son stated on 2 August 2023 that she died in her sleep of heart arrest on the night of 1 August at her Saint-Cloud residence.
