Clive Rowlands children: Does Clive Rowlands have kids? – Rugby legend Clive Rowlands had two children; a daughter Megan Jones and a son Dewi, with his wife Margaret, a retired nurse.

Dewi, Clive’s son, also played scrum half for Wales’ youth team. Other than being a former scrum-half, there isn’t much information on Dewi.

Megan Jones, Clive’s daughter, is highly private and has yet to share details about her life with the public.

Born on 14 May 1938 in Upper Cwmtwrch, Clive Edwards played 14 times for Wales as a scrum half.

He also managed the British & Irish Lions and served as president of the WRU.

He captained his country on all of his international outings and led the squad to the 1964 Five Nations title, which they shared with Scotland. After retiring from playing at the age of 29, he coached the team to its first grand slam in 19 years in 1971.

He also guided the squad to its most successful World Cup finish, third in 1987, before masterminding victory for the Lions on their tour of Australia two years later.

He was elected President of the Welsh Rugby Union in 1989 and was inducted into the Welsh Sports Hall of Fame’s “Roll of Honor” in 2013.

Rowlands was a teacher by profession and he played club rugby at scrum-half for Abercraf, Pontypool, Llanelli, and Swansea. He captained Pontypool in the 1962 – 63 season and captained Swansea in the 1967–1968 season.

Rowlands died on 29 July 2023 at the age of 85 in Swansea.
