Seann William Scott is an American actor, comedian, and producer. He is the son of William Frank Scott and Patricia Anne Scott.

The actor’s father died in 2007. He is the youngest of his seven siblings. He has attended University of Wisconsin and Glendale Community College.
Scott began his career by appearing in several television commercials, including American Express and Sunny Delight. Scott rose to fame in the late 1990s with his breakout role as the crude and party-loving Steve Stifler in the 1999 teen comedy “American Pie.”

Following the success of “American Pie,” Seann William Scott reprised his role as Steve Stifler in several sequels, including “American Pie 2,” “American Wedding,” and “American Reunion.”
Apart from the “American Pie” series, Scott has appeared in various other comedy films, showcasing his talent for humor and physical comedy. Some of his notable works include “Road Trip,” “Dude, Where’s My Car?,” and “Role Models.”
Scott also played abusive dad Martin in Keanu Reeves’ 2019 coming-of-age road movie Already Gone. Scott was cast as Father Joe in the Fox comedy pilot Welcome to Flatch in February 2020.
