Randy Marlon Waldrum (born September 25, 1956) is a former professional soccer player from the United States who is now the head coach of the Nigeria women’s national team as well as the University of Pittsburgh Panthers women’s soccer team.

In 1982, he began his career as a soccer coach at Austin College, where he helped the men’s team to a 4-12-1 record. He posted a 6-10 record while serving as the head men’s soccer coach at Texas Wesleyan University in 1988.

He oversaw the men’s and women’s soccer programs at the University of Tulsa from 1989 until 1994. He has a 61-36-9 record against women and a 66-33-6 record against men.
In 2004 and 2010, Waldrum guided the Notre Dame women’s soccer team to two national titles.
