A professional football player from Sweden named Elin Rubensson is now a midfielder for the Damallsvenskan. Before joining FC Rosengars, she previously played as a striker to a left-back for Champions Malmo.
Rubensson joined FC Rosengars in 2010 following the conclusion of his youth career at Marieholms IS and Stehags IF. In 87 games over four seasons with FC Rosengard, she scored 13 goals.

Rubenson debuted for Sweden’s national team in an international competition in October 2012. Additionally, she was selected for the Sweden team to compete in the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Along with Caroline Seger, Sofia Jakobsson, and Kosovare Asllani, she competed for Sweden in all 6 of their Olympic games in 2016 and earned the Silver Medal.
