American soccer player Robbie Robinson represents Inter Miami in the Major League Soccer.
From 2017 through 2019, Robinson participated in collegiate soccer at Clemson. On September 22, 2017, he scored his first collegiate goal in a match against Pittsburgh.

Robinson received the Hermann Trophy, given to the best college soccer player in the country, on January 4, 2020. Robinson received the ACC Male Athlete of the Year award on May 20, 2020, which is given to the best male athlete in the Atlantic Coast Conference across all sports. Robinson was the first male soccer player to win the honor in the award’s 67-year history. Inter Miami picked Robinson first overall in the 2020 MLS SuperDraft.

What happened to Robbie Robinson?

Robinson hasn’t played a single minute of soccer in 2023 due to a hamstring ailment. He suffered a hamstring injury in June 2022, and on Saturday, he might make a comeback after an absence of 11 months. Until he is fully match-ready again, the midfielder will continue to be a bench option.
