Heather Payne is a talented footballer who has played for Florida State Seminoles since 2019, making 60 appearances and scoring 6 goals.
The Irish-born star plays as a forward / midfielder and has played for other clubs including the Irish side Peamount United F.C and Bristol City, where she made 9 appearances.

Payne has appeared in a number of National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) tournaments for Florida State Seminoles.
Additionally, she has represented the Republic of Ireland women’s national team since 2015. She has made 35 appearances for Ireland, scoring one goal.
Payne participated in the Ireland senior squad for the FIFA Women’s World Cup-qualifying match in 2019, in which she played as a wing-back.
In 2021, she won the NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Championship for the Seminoles.
