Pete Walker had a career in Major League Baseball (MLB) spanning from 1995 to 2006. He played for multiple teams, including the New York Mets, San Diego Padres, Toronto Blue Jays, and Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

After retiring as a player, Walker transitioned into coaching. Since 2012, he has been the pitching coach for the Toronto Blue Jays, a position he holds.
