Tim Ballard Parents: Meet his mother Melanie Ballard

Tim Ballard is an American author, speaker, and former special agent.  He is the son of Melanie Ballard and Dennis Ballard.

Ballard was raised in California. He served a two-year mission in Chile as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

After finishing his mission, he attended Brigham Young University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and political science. He then earned a Master of Arts in international politics from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, where he graduated with honours.

He is best known for his work in combating human trafficking and founding the nonprofit organizations Operation Underground Railroad (OUR) and The Nazarene Fund.

In addition to his work with OUR, Ballard also founded The Nazarene Fund, another nonprofit organization. The Nazarene Fund is focused on providing support and rescue efforts for persecuted religious minorities and victims of genocide.

Through his books, speaking engagements, and media appearances, Tim Ballard has become an influential figure in raising awareness about human trafficking and advocating for its eradication. His organizations continue to work tirelessly to rescue victims and combat modern-day slavery.
