What is Lil Jon doing now?

Lil Jon is an American rapper, record producer, DJ, and actor. In recent times, the rapper and Dj has shifted his focus from music to designing homes on HGTV.

His home design series is “Lil Jon Wants to Do What?.” The show premiered in 2022. Each episode of the new show follows Lil Jon and professional designer Anitra Mecadon as they collaborate with a family to refurbish a piece of their home.

He proposes outrageous concepts, and Anitra Mecadon figures out how to make them a reality all while staying inside homeowners’ budgets.

While he’s mostly moved into television work since his stint on The Apprentice in 2011  appearing on Bar Rescue, Tiny House Nation, and as a co-host on last year’s Bachelor in Paradise season, he has not publicly announced that he has quit music.

Lil Jon gained widespread recognition with his group, Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz. Together, they released several successful albums, including “Put Yo Hood Up” (2001) and “Kings of Crunk” (2002).

As a solo artist and producer, Lil Jon has collaborated with numerous artists and produced hit songs across various genres. Some of his most notable collaborations include “Yeah!” with Usher and Ludacris, “Get Low” with the Ying Yang Twins, and “Turn Down for What” with DJ Snake.
