Ty Pennington is an American television host, model, philanthropist, and carpenter who has a net worth of $4 million.

He is most recognised for his work as a host on reality shows such as “Trading Spaces” and “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.” He also designs furniture for the Howard Miller Company and has a number of lucrative endorsement relationships, including those with Sears and Lumber Liquidators.

Ty wrote “Ty’s Tricks: Home Repair Secrets Plus Cheap and Easy Projects to Transform Any Room” in 2003. In May 2007, he published the inaugural edition of “Ty Pennington at Home,” his quarterly magazine.

Ty has purchased and renovated a number of homes for himself, in addition to remodelling several homes for others. Ty paid $1.11 million for a property in Venice, California in 2004. He completely remodelled it before offering it for $2.8 million in December 2020. In June 2021, he accepted $2.495 million.
