Parminder Nagra’s career spans over three decades across film, television and theatre.

The English-born actress had her breakthrough after she played Jess Bhamra in the 2002 film “Bend It Like Beckham”.

Following her breakthrough, she went on to starr in various films and TV series including NBC medical drama Emergency Room (ER), “Ella Enchanted”, “Twelfth Night”, “The Blacklist”, and “Five Feet Apart”.

In theatre, Nagra performed in stage productions such as “A Doll’s House”, “Behind the Image”, and the West End play “Don’t Dress for Dinner”.
