Parminder Nagra is currently not married. She was previously married to cinematographer James Stenson in 2009, but they divorced in 2013.

Parminder Nagra had her breakthrough role in the early 2000s with the film “Bend It Like Beckham”, in which she portrayed Jess Bhamra.

Afterwards, she went on to play Dr. Neela Rasgotra in the NBC medical drama Emergency Room (ER) from 2003 to 2009.
