Over the decades, Sedaka has sang under different labels including “RCA Victor, MGM Records, Polydor Records, Rocket, Elektra Records, Neil Sedaka Music, Razor & Tie Records.”
Some of his early hits include “Oh! Carol”, “Calendar Girl”, “Happy Birthday Sweet Sixteen”, “Breaking Up Is Hard to Do”, “Laughter in the Rain” and “Bad Blood”.
In 1983, he was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1983, and in 2006, he was inducted into the Long Island Music Hall of Fame.
He has also earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and holds an Art Gilmore Career Achievement Award
