Magda is famous for appearing as Sharon Strzelecki in the TV comedy show Kath & Kim.

She began her career as far back as 1985, as a writer and performer of sketch comedy. She then rose to become “one of the most recognized and well-liked Australian TV personalities.”

Magda went on to appear on a number of films and TV shows such as “Fast Forward, Kath & Kim, Babe, Babe: Pig in the City, Happy Feet, and Happy Feet Two”, and the Australian TV series “Who Do You Think You Are?”.

She further played “Guest Announcer” on the final season of Sunday Night Takeaway’s. In 2021, she began hosting the Nine Network’s revival of The Weakest Link.
