Ava Madelyn McGee, their daughter, was born on September 1, 2009. Sörenstam gave birth to a son, William Nicholas McGee, thirteen weeks early on March 21, 2011.

Her husband Mike McGee is the managing director of the ANNIKA brand of enterprises and the son of former PGA Tour and Champions Tour golfer Jerry McGee.

As Managing Director for ANNIKA, Mike oversees the ANNIKA brand, which currently includes ANNIKA Course Design and the ANNIKA Collection of high-end women’s golf apparel in partnership with Cutter & Buck.

Annika Sörenstam is considered as one of the greatest female golfers of all time. She has won 90 international tournaments as a professional before retiring from competitive golf at the end of the 2008 season, making her the female golfer with the most wins.

She has won 72 official LPGA tournaments, including 10 majors, as well as 24 other foreign tournaments. She returned from retirement after reaching 50 and won the 2021 U.S. Senior Women’s Open.
