Cyriel Dessers Career
Cyriel Dessers’ career has seen him play for OH Leuven (2013-2014), Lokeren (2014-2016), NAC Breda (2016-2017), FC Utrecht (2017-2019), Almelo (2019-2020), Genk (2020-2022), Feyenoord on loan (2021-2022), and in 2022, he began playing for Cremonese.

Dessers started playing youth football as a 19-year old for OH Leuven, where he scored over 20 goals.

In 2014, he signed a two-year deal with Lokeren. Following the contract expiration, Dessers moved to NAC Breda, where he played for three seasons, and finished the last season with 29 goals in 40 matches.
Dessers further played for FC Utrecht, Genk and later played for Dutch football club Feyenoord on loan. Dessers had scored Feyenoord’s fourth goal in a match against PSV.
In 2022, Italian football club Cremonese signed in Dessers to a four-year contract.
Occasionally, Dessers represents Nigeria in international matches. One of them is the 2020 Africa Cup of Nations.
