Danny Gokey Wife: Who is Leyicet Peralta?

Leyicet Peralta is a former model, and the current wife of American musician and philanthropist Danny Gokey.

Peralta grew up in Miami, and is of Cuban and Peruvian heritage.

Peralta and Danny began dating in 2011, three years after he lost his first wife, Sophia.

The duo announced their engagement on the Sophia’s Heart website later the same year, and eventually tied the knots on January 29, 2012.

Peralta and Danny now have four children.

Danny Gokey Music Career

Danny Gokey’s first album “My Best Days,” was released in 2010. He subsequently released other albums including “Hope in Front of Me”, “Christmas Is Here”, “Rise”, and “Haven’t Seen It Yet”, all having elements of pop, country, and gospel.

Some of Gokey’s hit singles include “We All Need Jesus”, “Stand in Faith”, “He Believes in You”, “Agradecido” and “Do for Love”.

Gokey has collaborated with a number of artists, including Natalie Grant, who he toured with on the 2016 “Celebrate Christmas Tour”.
