Royce Oliver Lewis is an American professional baseball shortstop for the Major League Baseball (MLB) Minnesota Twins. As of this writing, Royce Lewis does not have any children.

Royce Lewis went to San Juan Capistrano’s JSerra Catholic High School. He was named the Los Angeles Times high school baseball player of the year as a junior after hitting.429 with four home runs.
Lewis was regarded as one of the top prospects available in the 2017 Major League Baseball drafts. He committed to play college baseball at the University of California, Irvine.

As a senior, he batted.377 with four home runs and 25 stolen bases and was voted California’s Baseball Gatorade Player of the Year in 2017. The Twins selected him first overall in the 2017 MLB draft.
Lewis hit his first professional home run, a grand slam, off Cleveland Guardians reliever Bryan Shaw on May 13. He joined Danny Valencia as the second player in Twins history to hit a grand slam for his first professional home run.
