Valentine Holmes age: How old is Valentine Holmes?

Rugby League centre back for the North Queensland Cowboys Valentine Holmes is currently 27 years old. He was born in July 1995.

Holmes was part of the Australia squad for the 2021 Rugby League World Cup.

He had also played for Queensland in the State of Origin series in 2022, scoring two tries, and a penalty goal in a match against the Wests Tigers.

Holmes has appeared in many games as a fullback for the North Queensland Cowboyss, bringing it home from the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, where he started out and won an NRL Premiership.

Along the line in his career, Holmes trained with the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL), “as part of the league’s International Player Pathway program.”

Beyond the training, Holmes played during the New York Jets preseason against the New York Giants, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Holmes has won several honours in his career ever since he turned professional.
