Kelly McCrimmon is a Canadian ice hockey executive who currently serves as general manager of the National Hockey League’s (NHL) Vegas Golden Knights.

McCrimmon was named the first-ever assistant general manager of the new NHL expansion team Vegas Golden Knights on August 2, 2016.
The Vegas Golden Knights became the second expansion team, after the St. Louis Blues, to reach the Stanley Cup Final in McCrimmon’s first year as assistant general manager.
On May 2, 2019, he was promoted to general manager, while former general manager George McPhee was named president.

Due to a COVID-19 outbreak among the Vegas Golden Knights coaching staff, McCrimmon acted as Head Coach of the Golden Knights in a 5-4 shootout loss to the St. Louis Blues on January 26, 2021.
Kelly McCrimmon is known for his astute hockey acumen and his ability to build competitive teams. Under his guidance, the Golden Knights have made the playoffs multiple times and reached the Stanley Cup Finals in their inaugural season in 2017-2018. They won the Stanley Cup in 2023.
