Mischa Zverev’s father Alexander Mikhailovich Zverev is a former professional tennis player from Russia who competed for the Soviet Union. In 1979, he made his first appearance for the Soviet Davis Cup team.

Mischa Zverev’s mother Irina Zvereva is also a former professional tennis player. She represented the Soviet Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States. She was born on 11 April 1967, in Sochi, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union.

Irina Zvereva is 56 years old as of 2023. She was ranked as high as No. 4 in her country and was known for her one-handed backhand. Zvereva resides in Germany and has German citizenship.
