How Is Lauryn Hill Related to Bob Marley?

Lauryn Hill is the mother of six children, five with Rohan Marley, former football player and the son of music icon, Bob Marley.

Lauryn Hill met her partner, Rohan Marley in 1996 and they had five children. They lived apart for most of their relationship, which ended in 2009. Marley took temporary custody of their five children while Hill served a three-month prison for tax evasion in 2013.

Hill sometimes referred to Marley as her husband they never married. Rohan Marley is the son of reggae artist, Bob Marley and the father of model, Selah Marley and football player, Nico Marley.

He was born to 16-year-old Janey Hunt during her father’s marriage to singer Rita Marley and went to live with her on and off from the age of 4 until moving to live with Marley’s mother after his father died of cancer in Miami in 1981.
