Has Madeline Kingsbury been found?

Madeline Kingsbury vanished on March 31 2023, after dropping off her two kids, ages 5 and 2, at their daycare in Winona with Fravel.

Madeline Kingsbury’s remains were found Wednesday, June 7 2023  afternoon in some brush off of Highway 43 in neighbouring Fillmore County, according to police.

Her body was discovered off a “low-maintenance public roadway” and not on property owned by Fravel or his relatives, Williams said Thursday.

According to police, Madeline Kingsbury did not show up to work or return phone calls from family and friends. They also claimed that the mother failed to appear to pick up her children from creche that afternoon.

According to court documents obtained by CNN, the Winona County Health and Human Services Department took custody of Kingsbury’s children after she went missing. In April, a judge ruled that the children would be kept in county custody rather than released to their father.

After discovering human remains more than two months after she went missing, police arrested her ex-boyfriend and children’s father on suspicion of murder.

Authorities said Adam Fraver was arrested on second-degree murder charges Wednesday night, weeks after he insisted he had nothing to do with her disappearance.
