Sudhi was a Malayalam actor who was known for playing numerous supporting roles in movies. Sudhi was loved for his mimicry roles performed on stage and onscreen as well. He was survived by his wife and one child.

He died in a car accident that occurred around 4 am on Monday morning (June 5, 2023). He was 39 years old. He was involved in the accident with three other people; Ullas Aroor, Binu Adimali, and Mahesh, however, Sudhi was the only casualty whiles the rest suffered severe injuries and were admitted to the nearest hospital.
