Gisele Bundchen has revealed that keeping fit during her pregnancy and practicing yoga afterward helped her body to spring back into shape.

Speaking to Vogue, Gisele Bündchen disclosed that she did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week. Gisele gained 30 pounds during her pregnancy.

Regarding her strict kung fu workout routine, Gisele has been completing 90 minutes of kung fu three times a week for the past four years. When she isn’t practicing kung fu Gisele also enjoys jogging, lifting weights, and yoga.

While on trips to California, Gisele Bündchen sneaks in visits to a trainer to the stars, Tracy Anderson. In 1998, Gisele Bündchen posed for Missoni, Chloé, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino, Gianfranco Ferré, Ralph Lauren, and Versace campaigns.
In May 2014, Gisele Bündchen was chosen as the spokeswoman for Chanel No. 5. Bündchen was featured in the 2015 Guinness World Record book as the model who earned the most money from June 2014 to June 2015.
