Is Bijou Philips Still Married to Danny Masterson?

Bijou Philips and her husband, Danny Masterson have stuck together in good and bad times. Danny Masterson’s criminal trial began in August 2022, and Bijou stuck by him throughout.

The court proceedings concluded the following November, resulting in a mistrial after the jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict. Masterson’s retrial began in April 2023 and he was found guilty in May.

In March 2017, three women filed sexual assault allegations against Masterson, prompting a Los Angeles Police Department investigation. Masterson, through his agent, denied the allegations.

A new trial was held in April and May 2023, and on May 31, Masterson was convicted of two of three counts of forcible rape. The jury was hung 8-4 in favour of conviction on the third charge.

Masterson was remanded to custody without bail until sentencing. No sentencing date was set, but a hearing was set for August 4, 2023. He faces 30 years to life in prison.
