Famous actor, Sergio Calderón has been announced dead via an official statement by his family. According to them, he died of natural causes on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. He was 77 years old.

He appeared in several movies and tv shows including Chevre, The Revengers, Better Things, The Ruins, The Missing, The Children of Sanchez, Old Gringo, Little Fockers, and more.
Calderón was also known by many fans of Men In Black (1997) as the ‘head on a stick’ held by an extraterrestrial ‘illegal alien’ attempting to sneak across the U.S.-Mexico border. He also appeared in Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At World’s End as the Spanish pirate lord Capt. Villanueva.

He also played the role of a revolutionary at the turn of the 20th century in Duck, You Sucker! (1971). He starred as the murderous Mexican chief of police in Under the Volcano in 1984 by John Huston.
