He played at West Cornwall Golf Club, the same club as ‘Long Jim Barnes,’ winner of the 1916 and 1919 PGA Championships, the 1921 US Open, and the 1925 Open Championship.
He had a great amateur career, captaining and playing in several England sides. He was also a member of the England U18 Boys International Team, which won the Home Internationals. He was the one who scored the game-winning point for England.
Hall became professional in 2019, and following a stint on the Korn Ferry Tour, he finished tied for 15th at the Alfred Dunhill Links Tournament on his professional and DP World Tour debut.
Hall has yet to win a PGA Tour tournament, but he has come close several times. In 2022, he tied for second place in the Shriners Children’s Open and third place at the American Express.
