What Is Daisy Head’s Father Doing Now?

Anthony Head, 69 years now lives in Bath with his long-time partner, Sarah. They have two grown daughters, Emily and Daisy. Both are actresses, continuing the Head Family showbiz tradition.

Emily Head is well known in British soaps while her younger sibling Daisy Head can currently be seen on the Hulu series Harlots.

Anthony Head rose to fame in the UK in the 1980s following his role in the Gold Blend couple television advertisements for Nescafe, which led to major roles as Rupert Giles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and others. In the late 1980s, he appeared in a storyline series of twelve coffee commercials with Sharon Maughan for Nescafe Gold Blend.

Head was part of the regular cast of the BBC drama series, Merlin, about the mythical wizard Merlin. Head played King Unther Pendragon, the father of Prince Arthur.

In July 2018, Head was added to the cast of the long-running BBC radio soap-opera The Archers, playing Robin Fairbrother, a member of a family with several past and current connections to the Archers themselves.
