American singer and actor, Ed Ames has been announced dead by his family. He died at the age of 95 in his home in Los Angeles. His death occurred on Sunday, May 21, 2023. No cause of death was revealed.

“We lost another very talented actor & singer from yesteryear, Ed Ames. His tomahawk-throwing at Johnny Carson on The Tonight Show was hilarious. RIP Ed,” a Twitter user wrote.
