He has been sentenced to 18 years in jail for his actions during the Capitol riot, after being convicted of seditious conspiracy to “overthrow, put down to destroy by force” the US government. He ridiculously claims that he is a political prisoner, just like former present Donald Trump.

Rhodes is the first of those charged with that offense in connection with the riots to be sentenced. The sentence is the longest that has been handed down so far in the hundreds of Capitol riot cases.

He was disbarred by the Montana Supreme Court on December 8, 2015, for conduct violating the Montana Rules of Professional Conduct – after refusing to respond to two bar grievances filed against him in the federal district court of Arizona.
