He was promoted to the active roster in October 2015 when Juwan Thompson was injured. He played the game against the Cleveland Brown that season but did not receive any carries. He was part of the Broncos team that won the Super Bowl 50 in the game against the Carolina Panthers during their 24-10 win, on February 7, 2016.

Bibbs was traded and picked in the 2017 fifth round draft pick by the San Francisco 49ers on April 29, 2017. He was waived on September 1, 2017.
