Born on June 7, 1990, Amy Childs rose to fame after appearing in the ITV2 reality series The Only Way Is Essex. She later signed with Can Associates Management Agency and as a model, she has posed for the fashion magazine, Vogue.
According to sources, Childs also wrote a column for New! magazine as a ghost-writer and presented a regular fashion segment on the ITV series This Morning. She was named Personality of the Year at the National Reality TV Awards in July 2011.
She appeared in her own reality series dubbed It’s All About Amy which aired on Channel 5 from December 2011 to January 2012. The series was canceled after one season due to low ratings.
In February 2012, Childs’ competed in an episode of Let’s Dance for Sport Relief alongside her cousin Harry Derbridge. In March of that year, she also appeared in the celebrity special of The Bank Job on Channel 4.
She was a main cast member on the eighth series of the E4 reality programme Celebs Go Dating in 2020. It was also announced that she would be returning to The Only Way Is Essex in late 2020, after nine years, making her return in the 26th series alongside her cousin Derbridge.
