Paul Pindar and his wife, Sharon, have two children together.

One of his children, Richard Pindar, is a consultant, and had co-founded the Private equity fund Literacy Capital, together with his father.

Who Is Paul Pindar?
Paul Pindar is an English businessman who served as managing director and chief executive of UK outsourcing firm Capita plc for 23 years.
Born on April 11, 1959, Pindar has been a certified chartered accountant as far back as 1984, and has previously worked as an investment controller for the private equity firm 3i.

He began working for Capita in 1987, as finance director, and rise through the ranks, serving in various positions before he became managing director in 1991, and chief executive in 1999.

With 33 employees and revenues of £1.3 million, Pindar has been able to advance the company to the level of having the best performing shares in the UK.
As of 2014, Capita had over 62,000 employees and a market capitalisation of £7.5 billion.
Aside from Capita, Pindar has been a non-executive director of retailer Debenhams plc, a non-executive chairman of Integrated Dental Holdings (IDH), chairman of Independent Clinical Services (ICS) and chairman of International Travel Connections (ITC).
Pindar has additionally served as chairman of the NSPCC’s Corporate Development Board, and chairman of Great Ormond Street Hospital’s Corporate Partnerships Board.
Currently, he is a member of the senior advisory board at TowerBrook Capital Partners.
