Jean-Yves Le Fur is a French businessman, magazine creator, and television producer. He is the ex-husband of Maïwenn a French actress and filmmaker.

They were married from 2002 -2004. Their son Diego was born in 2004.
Jean-Yves Le Fur took over the hotel and small bar-nightclub “Le Montana” near the Café de Flore in 2009, which he had lavishly renovated and decorated by Vincent Darré. The complex opened in 2015 and was sold to a hotel group in 2019.
He founded several private jet companies, including Air Corporate and Avel Brao. These companies’ personalities include Patrick le Lay, Karen Mulder, Marc Newson, and Claudia Galanti. They have since declared bankruptcy.
He relaunched, with the help of Frédéric Beigbeder, the monthly magazine Lui, which had become quarterly since 2018, and which was a success upon its departure, selling around 150,000 copies.

Maïwenn, born Maïwenn Le Besco began her career in the entertainment industry at a young age. Mawenn’s most well-known film role was as the alien Diva Plavalaguna in Luc Besson’s The Fifth Element (1997).
Her film, the social drama Polisse (2011), won the Jury Prize at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, bringing her international acclaim. Mon roi, her 2015 film, was chosen to compete for the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival.
