Elizabeth Taylor, one of the most celebrated actresses in Hollywood, was worth an estimated £500 million when she died in 2011.

Her last will and testament outlined the distribution of her assets and made provisions for her loved ones, charitable causes, and even her beloved pets. One of the primary beneficiaries of Elizabeth Taylor’s estate was her family. She had four children and 10 grandchildren.

She is thought to have left ex-husband Larry Fortenksy nearly £1 million in her will, despite the fact that the couple had been divorced for nearly 15 years at the time. In their divorce, he was also awarded £1 million.

The star also had a large collection of jewellery, including diamonds and emeralds from Cartier. Her personal collection sold for nearly £145 million at Christie’s auction in 2011, the year she died.
